Google has started rolling out Gemini’s latest models, 2.0 Flash (experimental), 2.0 Pro (experimental), and Personalisation (experimental) to Android, iOS, and the web. Along with that, the company has also started offering the AI assistant’s Deep Research feature for free to all Google users on all three platforms.
We are able to access Gemini’s 2.0 Flash (experimental), Personalisation (experimental), and Deep Research for free on our Galaxy S23 in India, as well as on the web. We are also able to access 2.0 Pro (experimental) on our Galaxy S25, thanks to the Google One AI Premium plan that Google and Samsung offered for free with the device.

Compared to 2.0 Flash, 2.0 Flash (experimental) offers “better efficiency and speed.” However, the company hasn’t provided any details about the improvements 2.0 Pro (experimental) offers over 2.0 Pro. As for Personalisation (experimental), it can see your Google Search history to see if it can “make the answer better.”
As for Deep Research, it “uses AI to explore complex topics on your behalf and provide you with findings in a comprehensive, easy-to-read report.” Up until now, it was available only for Gemini Advanced users but now, it is available to everyone. You can access the new models and Deep Research from the drop-down menu at the top.
